Symbol New City is a residential development spread across three buildings, aimed at providing good quality, affordable housing for the community in Rizhao.
With a 35 per cent green area the development has been designed with family living in mind, with plenty of outdoor space for recreation, as well as a two-storey kindergarten.
The three towers range from 30 to 18 floors, providing a total gross floor area of 53,441sqm. The development also has potential for a second phase comprising five residential blocks.
